LE "CHEF"


Native of Marseille, Laurent Gagliano made his classes
in « Petit Nice Passedat », sole « Relais & Châteaux » in Marseille.

Wishing to complete his culinary education, he leaves to Megève, where
he will reach the position of second chef in the « Parc des Loges ».

The adventure follows in Saint Tropez, where he takes during three years the management contract of « Maison de Marie », typical restaurant
located in the heart of the mythical village.

He wishes to share today his experience and culinary passion,
offering us flavours combining simplicity, quality and refinement.

Closed on Sunday evening and open all other evenings and Sunday noon (market day in La Croix Valmer).
